Spell it Out to Sweat it Out!

This is a great challenge to keep you active and healthy during the lockdown with different exercises for each letter of the alphabet.  Share your before and after pictures with us on social media @wiltssport.

Our This Wilts Girl Can Sporting Champion Katie Edginton gave our Spell it out to sweat it out challenge a go!  Katie’s first name and last name meant she did:

  • 1 minute 30 seconds of plank
  • 3 minutes of wall sits
  • 10 sit ups
  • 20 squats
  • 5 burpees
  • 15 star jumps

Katies 3 top tips to #StayInWorkout are:

  1. remember to stretch out and warm-up before so you don’t get injured
  2. drink plenty of water whilst you’re doing it, especially if you are doing it out in the sun
  3. repeat your name again if you want to feel an extra burn!
